XLRI
(Xavier School of Management) was established in 1949, as “Xavier Labor
Relations Institute”, at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. This is a Jesuit managed
school, one of the oldest B-Schools in India. It started its operations by
offering courses in management and trade unions in 1949. Some other courses
offered at this college are in various disciplines such as advanced management,
business management, general management and human resource management. The
campus is well-equipped with world-class infrastructure to help the students,
staff and faculty members in fulfilling their professional and personal
aspirations. XLRI has launched the Accenture-XLRI HR Academy in collaboration
with Accenture. This is a training academy dedicated to human capital
management needs of information technology and BPO industries. XLRI offers an
executive programme to its students in Dubai in collaboration with Al Abbas
