Xavier
School of Management is a management school which was founded in 1949 by the
Society of Jesus and is located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. This college offers
the students with postgraduate programs in various disciplines such as
management, trade unions, business management, personnel management, industrial
relations, global business management and many more. It has a general
management program, a doctoral fellow program and several executive education
programs which include three-years, part-time programme in Business Management
for Working Executives and Business Owners. XLRI also offers an executive
programme in Dubai which was started in collaboration with the Al Abbas
Institute of Technology from October 2001. It has an executive programme set up
in Singapore in March 2006 in alliance with the Image International. Accenture
and XLRI have launched Accenture-XLRI HR Academy, a training academy dedicated
to the human capital management needs of information technology and BPO
